The 2024 cherry blossom season in Japan has arrived. If you plan to go to Osaka to enjoy the cherry blossoms, you can participate in the Osaka Expo Park Cherry Blossom Festival from now until April 4. The park is planted with 12 varieties and over 5,500 cherry blossom trees. During the day, there are food stalls, and at night, there are night lights to create a 200-meter-long night cherry blossom avenue. Over 5,000 cherry blossom trees and 12 varieties in Osaka Expo Park
Osaka Expo Park was selected as “100 Famous Cherry Blossom Spots in Japan”. This year, the “SAKURA EXPO 2024” cherry blossom festival with the theme of will be held from now until April 4. At that time, over 5,500 cherry blossom trees in the park will bloom, and 12 varieties include Yoshino cherry blossoms, Higan cherry blossoms, and Kanhi cherry blossoms, allowing everyone to immerse themselves in the pink sea of flowers! There are also 80 food stalls on site, gathering many popular restaurants. You can enjoy local snacks such as curry, fried noodles, and crepes, as well as Awaji beef hamburgers, steak fries, etc. The choices are rich!
There are also fireworks displays and night cherry blossoms after dark! A fireworks display will be held only on the evening of March 23. The romantic fireworks light up the cherry blossoms under the night sky, and the scene is combined with music and lighting effects. You can sit under the cherry blossom trees and enjoy the fireworks that bloom in the night sky. From March 25 to April 3, there will be night lighting in Higashidori Road every night, creating a 200-meter-long cherry blossom avenue. Some parts of the park will be open until 9 pm, allowing everyone to slowly appreciate the beauty of the day and night of the cherry blossoms!
